Of course we think that fresh hearts of palm are the most delicious and versatile vegetable in the world. We grow them and sell them.
So, again, don't take my word for it. I wish that A&B Tropical Products was selling fresh hearts of palm to Emeril, Chef Allen or Wolfgang Puck. Unfortunately, we're not-at least not yet. The reason that these chefs are linked to A&;B Tropical Products' web page is because they use fresh hearts of palm.
These talented chefs are creating new recipes using fresh hearts of palm. They all have recipes with hearts of palm on their web site - and not just salad. These amazing men are using the heart of palm to its full potential.
